This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all payments made to AIOSMOS (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) for training programs, internships, workshops, and related services.
By enrolling in any program or making any payment to AIOSMOS, you agree to this Policy.
1. General Policy Statement
AIOSMOS provides professional training services that involve reserved seats, trainer allocation, curriculum planning, and administrative processing. Due to the nature of digital and live training services, refunds are limited and subject to the terms outlined below.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees paid are generally non-refundable.
2. Cancellation by Student (Before Course Commencement)
If a student cancels enrollment before the official batch start date:
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via registered email.
A processing fee may be deducted.
Refund eligibility will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Any approved refund will be processed within 15–30 business days.
If cancellation is requested within 48 hours of payment and before access to materials is granted, AIOSMOS may consider a partial refund after administrative deductions.
3. Cancellation After Course Commencement
Once the course has started, and access to:
Live sessions
Recorded sessions
Study materials
LMS access
Project environments
has been provided, no refund shall be issued.
This applies regardless of attendance status.
4. Installment Payment Plans
If a student opts for an installment payment plan:
The student remains liable to complete the full course fee payment.
Discontinuation of attendance does not waive remaining dues.
Failure to pay installments may result in suspension of access.
No partial refunds apply to installment-based enrollments after course commencement.
5. Batch Rescheduling by Student
If a student wishes to shift to another batch:
A written request must be submitted.
Approval is subject to seat availability.
Batch transfer may be allowed once without additional charges.
Additional transfers may incur administrative fees.
Transfers do not qualify as refunds.
6. Cancellation or Rescheduling by AIOSMOS
AIOSMOS reserves the right to:
Reschedule a batch
Change trainers (without compromising quality)
Merge batches due to low enrollment
Cancel a program due to unforeseen circumstances
If AIOSMOS cancels a batch before it begins, students may choose:
A full refund, OR
Transfer to another batch
Refunds in such cases will be processed within 15–30 business days.
7. Non-Refundable Components
The following are strictly non-refundable:
Registration fees
Admission processing fees
Study material access fees
Certification exam fees (if paid to third parties)
Payment gateway charges
8. Internship & Stipend Programs
Internship selection is performance-based.
Stipend (if applicable) depends on quality of work and internal evaluation.
Internship discontinuation does not entitle participants to refunds of prior training fees.
9. No Job Guarantee Disclaimer
AIOSMOS provides placement assistance, including resume support and interview preparation. However:
We do not guarantee job placement.
Lack of job offer does not qualify for refund.
10. Force Majeure
AIOSMOS shall not be liable for refund claims arising due to:
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Internet disruptions
Health emergencies
Events beyond reasonable control
In such cases, services may be rescheduled instead of refunded.
11. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved:
It will be processed to the original mode of payment.
Processing time may take 15–30 business days.
Bank/payment gateway charges may be deducted.
12. How to Request Cancellation
All cancellation requests must be sent via official email with:

Course Name
Payment Details
Reason for Cancellation
Requests through phone or WhatsApp will not be considered official.
13. Policy Modifications
AIOSMOS reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on the website with a revised date.
14. Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
